Nintendo has raised the price of its original Switch model from $299.99 to $339.99 in the US, with similar increases for the Switch OLED (from $349.99 to $399.99) and Switch Lite (from $199.99 to $229.99). The price hike follows new tariffs imposed by the US government, including a 20% tax on goods from Vietnam, where Nintendo produces most of its Switch consoles. Additionally, prices for Switch Joy-Cons and accessories have increased by $10. The Switch 2 console price remains unchanged at $449.99, despite its strong sales performance with over 6 million units sold.
