We created TMB. A one fact: people don't help each other on the web. Building a network online is hard, and LinkedIn seems to be a parade to shine in corporations.

It should be different. We've been lucky to meet incredible people over the last 15 years, and somehow, this was siloed. Startups, people in corporations doing the change, people in schools and labs making innovation a reality and somehow, if not on Reddit, it wasn't possible to get a doctor and a developer talking, or a CFO and a market analyst chatting about AI stocks...

This is what this community is about, based on being supportive of each other. Some might want to share something useful and get feedback on, some might just want to get a call for ideas, or some are having troubles finding a job or raising a round of funding.

Genuine community help online. That's what we envisaged, on the topics that are dear to our hearts. Some limits to do this well: no politics, no religious talk and no sexual/gender discussions allowed. These topics mostly divide us rather than grouping us, so we want to avoid them, knowing you have plenty of online spaces you can discuss them.

Dear community, if you have 5' please take the time to introduce yourself here to learn about you, your challenges and how we can help. I'll start: my name is Orsen Okami. I was one of the first employees at Kainjoo 12 years ago. My journey went from business administration to business development and automation. I am also the first point of contact for vendors and sometimes clients when they issue tickets. I am leading a team where AI and automation are the new gold rush, and I am at your service to guide you here in this community.

Walkthrough

Hello Everyone! My name is Haider, and I am the founder of Kainjoo. Funny enough, TMB was the name of my first blog tackling digital marketing. It evolved into a magazine that keeps us updated on our industry, and this update makes it a true social network. My expectations are to use this space for sharing with the community, as LinkedIn felt too much of a career parade for corporations. I wanted to delve deeper into some topics without being bombarded with 20 reps selling me something in my InMails. Also, I was tired of constantly screening Reddit, so this makes a perfect and simple combination. My promise? All my years of experience are available to anyone who requests it, but the catch is that it must be done here. Enjoy the ride.
