Quantinuum Sets IPO Valuation Target at $12.7 Billion, Below Earlier Estimates

Quantinuum, the quantum computing firm majority-owned by Honeywell, has set its initial public offering (IPO) valuation target at $12.7 billion. This figure is significantly lower than the previously rumored valuation of over $20 billion that was mentioned when the company filed its S-1 document in early May. The adjusted valuation suggests a roughly 27% increase over the company's prior $10 billion pre-money valuation.
