Sinclair Acquires Two TV Stations in Kentucky and Missouri

Sinclair has entered into an agreement to acquire two television stations, WDKA in Kentucky and KBSI in Missouri. Under the terms of this agreement, Sinclair will offer programming, technical support, and management services to both stations.
