I remember the first time I joined Next and it was quite refreshing to see such a well-organised event with a very focused agenda. It felt like going to a family reunion and the team is managing each year to surprise us with new ways to dive in Cx topics.
This year, I head to speak at their first Vienna edition and hopefully shake some thoughts through a busy agenda.
