For 30 minutes, I searched for an available listing, expressing frustration as many attempts failed. My rapid tapping mimicked bot behavior, leading to multiple lockouts from the app. This is the chaotic reality of Labubu drop nights. While many fake versions, called ‘Lafufus,’ exist and are sometimes embraced by collectors, obtaining a genuine Labubu requires purchasing directly from the source, Pop Mart, the Chinese toy company.
