Tesla has finally opened its much-anticipated 1950s-style diner and drive-in Supercharger station in Los Angeles. The diner offers classic comfort food such as burgers and fries served in Cybertruck-shaped boxes and milkshakes, accompanied by entertainment on giant screens for customers while charging their vehicles. Notably, a Tesla Optimus robot was seen serving popcorn during a recent soft launch. CEO Elon Musk has expressed plans to expand these diner-supercharger combos to major cities and long-distance Supercharger routes if the concept proves successful. Originally announced in 2018, the project faced delays but is now operational, blending nostalgia with Tesla’s futuristic brand appeal.
