Razer has introduced the $169.99 DeathAdder V4 Pro, an upgraded version of its popular wireless gaming mouse. This new model features a lighter chassis and enhanced technology, including optical sensors for the left and right click buttons rated for 100 million clicks, and the first optical sensor scroll wheel in a Razer mouse, promising greater precision and durability. The V4 Pro supports a high polling rate of up to 8,000Hz in both wired and wireless modes via HyperSpeed Wireless Gen 2, but to achieve up to 150 hours of battery life, it runs at a lower 1,000Hz polling rate. It is equipped with a 45K optical sensor supporting up to 45,000 DPI tracking, making it ideal for fast-paced esports gaming. The mouse weighs 56 grams in black and 57 grams in white, designed primarily for right-handed users with larger hands due to its asymmetrical and slightly oversized shape. Preorders are available on Razer’s website with shipments starting July 24th.
