Garmin introduces the Forerunner 970 and Forerunner 570 watches packed with new features for runners. The Forerunner 970, priced at $749.99, replaces the 965 model and adds offline maps and up to 15 days of battery life. The mid-range Forerunner 570, at $549.99, offers upgrades over its predecessor but lacks offline maps. Both models feature built-in speakers and microphones for calls on the go, OLED displays, skin temperature sensors, an evening report for sleep and activity insights, and come in bold, translucent color bands that stand out from past designs.
