Copenhagen-based Formalize has successfully raised €30 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was co-led by Acton Capital and Blackfin Tech, with additional participation from West Hill Capital and CIBC Innovation Banking. This new capital injection aims to support Formalize in advancing its compliance technologies throughout Europe. Previously, the company had raised €5 million in earlier rounds.
