Fireflies has launched innovative Voice Agents designed to handle screening interviews, sales discovery calls, and support conversations. These agents have facilitated over 40,000 interactions across 2,100 organizations in 97 countries. Due to their use in recruitment and candidate assessments, these systems fall under the high-risk category of Annex III in the EU AI Act, with full compliance requirements starting 2 December 2027. However, obligations related to transparency and GDPR compliance are currently in effect.
