A federal judge has temporarily prohibited a rival company from using the Twitter name amid ongoing disputes, but ruled that the original platform, X, appears to have abandoned the ‘Tweet’ trademark and its iconic bird logo. Following the ruling, the startup has relaunched its service under the name Tweet.app.
