Deel, the global HR and payroll platform, has acquired Israeli AI cybersecurity firm Clarity, specializing in real-time deepfake detection and identity verification. The acquisition, valued between $45 million and $50 million in cash and shares, marks Deel’s 15th purchase and its entry into the Israeli market.
