micro1, an AI training-data firm, has presented a $12.5 million bid to acquire Spirit Aviation’s internal records, surpassing Google’s previously agreed $10 million offer. Additionally, micro1 proposes appointing an ombudsman selected by Spirit’s advisers, rather than by the buyer.
