After Nobel Win for AlphaFold, DeepMind Disbands Key Team

Less than a year after AlphaFold earned Google DeepMind a Nobel Prize, the company has dismantled the original team behind the breakthrough. According to the Financial Times, most of the original authors of the AlphaFold paper have been reassigned within DeepMind over the past year, with nearly a quarter leaving the company entirely.
